Terms of Use
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of curaquote.com and the CuraQuote platform, operated by Cura Quote LLC. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that agency.
What CuraQuote is — and is not
CuraQuote is a software platform. It provides long-term care insurance quoting tools, lead and client management, scheduling, and communication features for licensed insurance professionals, and a way for consumers to request a quote and be connected with one.
CuraQuote is not an insurance company, agency, or broker, and does not sell insurance. We do not underwrite policies, bind coverage, or make coverage decisions. Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice.
Quotes are estimates
Premium figures produced by the platform are non-binding estimates based on the information supplied and the carrier rates available at the time. They are not offers of insurance and do not guarantee that coverage will be issued or issued at the quoted price. Final premium and eligibility are determined solely by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting process, which may require medical information beyond what the platform collects. Rates, products and availability vary by state and change without notice.
Pre-qualification results are an informational screening only. They are not an underwriting decision, and neither a favorable nor an unfavorable result guarantees any outcome on a real application.
Consumer use
If you request a quote, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that it is your own (or that you are authorized to provide it). You consent to being contacted by a licensed advisor about your request at the email address and phone number you supply. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time.
Agency and advisor accounts
If you use CuraQuote as an insurance professional, you agree that:
- You hold and will maintain all licenses and appointments required to conduct insurance business in the states where you operate, and you are solely responsible for your own regulatory and advertising compliance.
- You have a lawful basis and any required consent to upload, import, or process the client information you put into the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes you present and for how you use, store and disclose client data outside the platform.
- You will keep account credentials confidential, will not share seats between people, and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You will not use the platform's email features to send unsolicited bulk messages, and will comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other applicable communications laws.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice, effective at your next renewal. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access data belonging to another agency or user, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written permission.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute quote data or platform content without authorization.
- Upload malware, or use the service to infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
- Impose an unreasonable load on the service, including through automated querying.
Your content and our platform
You retain ownership of the data you put into CuraQuote. You grant us the limited right to host, process and transmit it as needed to operate the service for you. We own the platform itself — the software, interface, and branding — and nothing here transfers those rights to you.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services such as Zoom, payment and email providers, and insurance carrier systems. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance that causes downtime.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cura Quote LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cura Quote LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your advice to your clients, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your account is used unlawfully, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, unless we are required to retain it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
