Need help with a quote, your account, or an integration? Here's how to reach us and how to handle the most common tasks yourself.
Contact us
Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you within one business day. Subscribing agencies receive priority support.
To help us resolve things quickly, include your account email, the page or feature involved, and — for a quote problem — the lead name or quote reference and what you expected to see.
For privacy requests, including access or deletion of your personal information, email [email protected] and put “Privacy request” in the subject line so we can route it correctly. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Getting a quote
Consumers can request a free quote from the CuraQuote home page. There is no cost, no obligation, and no medical exam is required for an initial estimate. A licensed advisor reviews your details and follows up with personalized options.
Quote figures are estimates. Final premium and eligibility are set by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting.
Account and billing
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset link on the sign-in page.
- Managing your subscription or payment method: open Settings in the app and use the billing portal.
- Adding or removing advisors: go to the Advisors page. Additional licenses can be added at any time.
- Cancelling: cancel from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
Zoom integration
Connecting Zoom lets CuraQuote automatically add a video meeting link to appointments you book with clients, and include that link in the confirmation email.
To connect:
- Sign in to CuraQuote and open Settings.
- Find the Zoom section and choose Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom and approve the requested permissions. You'll be returned to Settings with the connection confirmed.
To disconnect:
- In CuraQuote, open Settings and choose Disconnect in the Zoom section; or
- In the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage → Added Apps, find CuraQuote, and select Remove.
Either method immediately deletes the stored Zoom credentials and profile details from CuraQuote. Existing meetings already created in Zoom are not deleted — cancel those in Zoom if you no longer need them. CuraQuote never accesses or stores the contents of your Zoom meetings.
Troubleshooting:
- Appointments aren't getting meeting links. Check Settings — if the connection expired you'll see a notice prompting you to reconnect.
- “Zoom integration is not configured”. The integration isn't enabled for your environment yet; contact support.
- Connecting fails partway. Make sure the Zoom account you're signing in with has permission to create meetings, then try again.
Lead capture widget
Agencies can embed a lead capture form on their own website. The embed code is available in Settings. Submissions flow directly into your lead pipeline and can be auto-assigned to advisors. If submissions aren't arriving, confirm the embed snippet is present on the published page and that the form's required fields — including phone — are being filled in.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We'll acknowledge your report and keep you updated as we investigate.
